Service Profiles

  • Service Profiles take the guess work out of standard services and/or repairs.
  • Create easy to use, repeatable, defined templates that include standardizing material, labor, expenses needed for repairs, overhaul, etc.
  • Streamline the quoting or work order creation with the use of Service Profiles.  Combine Service Profiles to create Packages which group the Profiles together. 
  • Edit the Service Profiles during quote or work order creation as needed depending on the end users security.  
  • Import your clients task cards (this is a need for the aviation industry)
  • Create equipment specific or manufacturer model Service Profiles to ensure consistency.
  • Analyze work order or quote history to determine if you need to edit or create new Service Profiles. 
  • Ensure greater profitability with the use Service Profiles.

SERVICE PROFILES OVERVIEW

Sales Quote and Quick Work Order Creation

Sales Quoting and Routing Workflow is Optional. You will love the Quick Create!

  • Optional – CRM for sales and marketing is an optional module. Allows you to analyze your win and lose reasons then take corrective actions to increase your win rates.
  • Work with prospects and customers to create an estimate using Service Profiles or Quick Item Search functionality right from the Opportunities page.
  • Create and keep the history of multiple quote versions for future reference.
  • Track all the email communications and use the Outlook PlugIn for even more productivity enhancements.
  • Send quotes to your shop managers to create the estimates or approve the quote. You can send the quote to various shops/divisions to get feedback from every shop. This is optional. Every ProMRO customer can have a different sales quoting process or they do not do quotes at all.
  • Another option is to complete a Quick Create Work Order, receive your customer equipment, complete inspections, then quote the customer.
  • View revenue and cost budgets to make changes on the fly to ensure profitability and margins.
  • When the estimate is won convert to a project using one button. No duplicate date entry – EVER.
  • All information, items, services, and notes entered on the original estimate are retained and transferred over to the work order/project.

Shop Floor Kiosk / Mobile App

  • Shop staff can keep focused on tasks, but accountable with the ShopFloorPro. Have them login on just about any device that has an Internet connection. Consider using those old laptops or PCs you have in storage.
  • Techs login and can search on equipment id, specific tasks, view a list of all the open tasks or scan a barcode to begin work.
  • Clicking on an active task starts the labor tracking for that task. They can stop work and start again as needed. They may want to clock out for lunch, etc.
  • Techs can enter notes or corrective actions on the task per your processing requirements, the can also add additional notes for items they found that we not in the original task. In the aviation industry we call those Routine and Non-Routine.
  • Parts can already be assigned to these active tasks, but techs can still request parts if there is an outage, and even request new parts you do not have in your database. This is routed to your Purchasing department for further actions. Purchasing is done and can be specific to that particular work order. AOG can be noted too so purchasing knows the priority.

Customer Service and Shop Managers Will Love Customer Equipment History!

Customer Equipment Tracking
  • Ability to track Aircraft or Customer Equipment and any estimates, inventory used, tech names, and work done on the specific equipment.
  • Search by serial number and/or N number.
  • Look up the details on previous repairs and see every step completed.
  • Analyze work order history and determine customer profitability.

Item Requirements

  • Allows you to leverage the power of  an inventory search mechanism that allows you to find the parts that you need quickly and readily.
  • Place purchase orders or issue stock directly from a project/workorder.
  • Create work order instructions and even manufacturing production orders from the project (manufacturing module is required for production)

Time Tracking

Biometric timesheet entry is available, Shop Floor Kiosk, or time card entry is available within standard ProMRO screens and are also tied to the job, or any other type of entry you require. Time cards can route to supervisors for approvals then can be exported and sent to payroll processors or you can use the Acumatica Payroll module. Dynamics 365 does not have a payroll module, however there are add-on solutions available or outsourced which is the most common option for all our customers.

Project Adder Functionality

Additional out of scope work can be easily estimated and then added to the original project already in progress by utilizing the Adder functionality.

Scheduled Maintenance Tracking

Keep track of when inspections are due so customers can be notified in advance. Routine Maintenance Planner is in development which will allow companies to keep track of their internal fleet maintenance and repair schedules.

Aviation Special Features

  • Track and keep tail numbers, serial numbers and repair history
  • Download the FAA Aircraft registry database so all aircraft information is on hand.
  • Generate FAA 8130-3 automatically for specified parts. Other compliance documents are available.
  • Biometric Time Clock is also optional
  • Routine Maintenance Planner is in development which will allow companies to keep track of their internal fleet maintenance and repair schedules.
